Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Email us at info@av1usa.com with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right. All AV1 products are also covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, minus original shipping fees, within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at info@av1usa.com.
