Return Policy

At AV1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process:

Returns Window: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at INFO@AV1USA.COM with your order details. We'll provide instructions for the return shipment.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item following the process above and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
