Dealer Requirements

To qualify for a wholesale account, dealers must:

• Operate a legitimate retail or online business
• Agree to AV1’s Standard Terms & Conditions, Internet Sales Policy, and MAP Policy
• Provide a valid State Re-Sellers Certificate/Permit
• Sell AV1 products only within approved channels (no international sales without prior written approval)
